Tim McGee has worked and taught for over a decade in sustainable design and product innovation. In that time, he developed several resources that are commonly used within LikoLab’s work and available to the innovation community for free.

IDEO Nature Cards

Working with both IDEO and Biomimicry 3.8 Tim led the creation of the IDEO Nature Cards. A resource of analogical inspiration for design teams to use or build upon to help bring nature and natural strategies to design conversations.

Biophilic Design Toolkit

Working with ILFI and Google, Tim led the creation of the Biophilic Design Toolkit designed to help engage architects and designers of all stripes to build environments (and products) that can provide physical, psychological and social benefits in what they create.
